What does a Real Estate agent do more than aid a real estate transaction? Before you choose your lifetime agent, make sure you understand what makes an agent go above and beyond. Way back in the initial training to become an agent we learn an extremely important acronym. COLD-AC. While many forget this, I like to think all-star agents keep it at a forefront of all they do.

Loyalty: This one is big. When I say we will work together, you have my commitment. That means I have time, the skill, and a plan, that I feel will add value to you. You need answers, I got them or at least a referral with the best place to look.

Disclosure: A Realtor is supposed to be on your team! With this everything and anything I know about a property or transaction will get told to you.

Accounting: You have the right to be in the loop. Any forms we ever look over you will get a copy of. You will also get accurate statements from myself and partners.
